Who is responsible

I am Anastasiia Nikolaeva, an independent consultant based in Chile and operating as Anastasia Nikolaeva Consulting. You can contact me about this policy or your information at anastasianikolaeva9083@gmail.com.

This policy covers this consulting website and enquiries sent to me through it. Other websites I link to, including Stavia Models and AI Hub, have their own privacy practices.

What information I receive

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, optional company name and the message you write. The enquiry record also includes when it was submitted, the page it came from and the status of any notification sent to my inbox. Please do not include confidential files or sensitive personal information in this first message.

If you contact me by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, I receive the information you choose to share in that conversation. My hosting provider may also process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information and access or security logs, to deliver and protect the website. I do not add your IP address to the contact enquiry record.

How I use it

• To read and respond to your enquiry, assess whether I can help, and discuss a possible project or consultation.
• To keep a record of our conversation and, when configured, send a notification to my inbox. The form confirms receipt on the website; it does not send an automatic email to you.
• To operate, troubleshoot and protect this website and prevent misuse of its contact form.

I do not sell your personal information or add you to a newsletter because you contacted me. If I later offer a newsletter or downloadable materials by email, I will explain that separately and ask for any permission required.

Where European data protection law applies, responding to a project enquiry may involve steps you have requested before a possible contract. For general correspondence and website security, I may rely on my legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and operating a secure site, as applicable. I may also retain information where needed to meet a legal obligation.

Who helps process it

The website is hosted on Vercel, and contact form submissions are stored in Supabase. I use Google Gmail to receive and reply to messages. If automatic owner notifications are enabled, Resend processes the details needed to notify my inbox. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes site usage information for me. These providers process information to supply their services; I do not share your enquiry with advertisers.

If you choose a WhatsApp or Telegram link, your message is handled through that service rather than the website form. Their own privacy notices apply to information you send there.

International processing

I work from Chile and may hear from people in other countries. The providers named above may process or store information outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, I use the arrangements available through those providers. Please email me if you want more information about a particular transfer.

How long I keep it and how I protect it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond, consider a possible engagement and handle reasonable follow-up. If we work together, relevant correspondence may be kept longer under our agreement or applicable legal obligations. I delete or anonymize information when I no longer need it for those purposes.

Contact form submissions travel over HTTPS and are kept in a database with restricted access. I limit access to people and services needed to handle your enquiry. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict certain uses, or exercise other available rights. Email anastasianikolaeva9083@gmail.com with your request. I may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and some records may need to be kept where the law requires. Where you have that right, you can also raise a concern with a data protection authority.

The checkbox on the contact form confirms that you have seen this policy. It does not sign you up for marketing. You can also choose to contact me through the email or messenger links instead of the form.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics is available on this website but loads only if you allow it. Advertising tracking is not active. The site uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days. That record contains your selection, when you made it and which version of the choices you saw. Hosting services may also use technical measures and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

When you allow analytics, the Google Analytics script loads. Google may then receive page URLs, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. I measure page visits, clicks to contact channels and successful contact form submissions; the custom events send the contact method or submission status, not the details entered in the form. It may set analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. These are generally kept for up to two years, subject to Google's settings and your browser controls. Analytics will remain off if you reject it or make no choice.

I do not currently use advertising or remarketing tags. If I introduce them, I will identify the providers and their purposes here and ask for a separate choice before they run. Agreeing to analytics will not also authorize advertising tracking.

You can reopen Cookie settings from any page's footer and change your choice. If you withdraw analytics permission, the site stops loading the tag on the next page load and removes the first-party Google Analytics cookies it can access. This does not automatically erase data previously collected by Google; email me if you want to discuss a data request.

Other sites and updates

Links to third-party websites and social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices. If this policy changes, I will publish the revised version here with a new update date.
